In accepting support from MITM Foundation, the recipient agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities during their partnership with the Foundation:

• Keep a journal or equivalent reporting on your experience, lessons learned, challenges, and successes.
• Maintain contact with mentor and with the MITM team
• Follow recommendations of mentor.
• Agree to serve as a mentor to someone else.

MITM Foundation is a partnership with shared responsibilities between the mentee, the mentor, and the Foundation.
