MENTORSHIP

Facilitated mentoring: formal mentoring established to meet specific objectives
Informal short term: Spontaneous and off the cuff mentoring (e.g giving advice)
Informal long term: continuous relationship with mentor and mentee; mentor being available for his mentee at all times when needed.
ENTREPRENEURSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Through organizing of seminars and workshop boarding on developing the entrepreneurship acumen of our mentee both in the theoretical and practical sense. Also helping our mentee to reaching their target market by connecting the dots between them and the market. Through the seminars, we’ll bring out the best in our mentees as well as letting them come out of their shells and making them to realize their potentials and know how much they carry within them. Our entrepreneurship skills platform will also harness the hidden potentials in our mentee making them brand ambassadors of the foundation and self-employment mantra as at the end of each workshop, their entrpreneurship skills will be broaden, sharpened and harnessed.
COACHING
Through giving requisite advice and being a worthy example on the need to be a man of integrity in a world filled with youths who are keen on making it illegally. Equally, our coaching sessions will help our mentees to know how they can rise to the top in their chosen endeavors in life by learning from experiences of the mentors.
The three aforementioned things we do will be achieved through inauguration of various seminars, both virtual and physical as well as frequent sessions on our LinkedIn learning programs as well as our YouTube Channel.
